ZEN HACIENDA

One of our first fire rebuilds, we worked with the client and design team to create an oasis from the ashes. We wanted to create a landscape with a distinct tropical flare thats still felt rooted to this place.  

We accomplished this by using plant material that evokes a tropical aesthetic, while still being  lower water use, and utilizing hardscape materials that pick up the colors of the native earth and mountains.  Borrowing from our surroundings made the project feel like it belonged to the place.
